Had a really good visit last week, we normally do home delivery but it was nice to actually visit the restaurant after so many years of home delivery. The food was delicious, wine was a good price and the service was really good too. We had a lamb dish that came in a mortal and pestle setup which you can mash up at the table. Very inventive.
A Must-Try Persian Restaurant in London! Today was my second visit to Senator Restaurant. The first time, we went for breakfast and had kaleh pacheh, and without exaggeration, it was one of the best I’ve ever had—even compared to what I’ve tried in Iran! Today, we ordered a four-person mixed kebab platter, and every single kebab was absolutely perfect—juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The staff were incredibly polite, and the service was excellent. However, on my way back, I realized that the restaurant doesn’t charge a service fee, and I felt bad for not leaving a tip. As someone who has tried almost every Persian restaurant across London, I highly recommend this place. You won’t regret it!

My favorite was the kabab momtaz which was a symphony of flavors with each component perfectly cooked and seasoned. The service was also outstanding; our server was attentive and knowledgeable, making excellent recommendations. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a truly memorable day. One of the best Kale Paches I’ve ever had! No kidding, I’ve tried many places, in Iran, Turkey and UK, this one was simply amazing! You must try it. We also had Ash Reshteh which was amazing as well. Loved this place and for sure will be my favorite one whenever I visit London.
